It is the case to arrive at the castellany of Biumo Superiore on foot starting out from Corso Matteotti by way of Via San Martino, Via Morazzone and Via Mozzoni.
In walking along this last road one gets into the atmosphere of the hill, completely different from that of the small time, surrounded by the high boundary walls of the various villa parks.
Going along Via Mozzoni we first come across Villa San Francesco on the right, an ex-convent, and then on the left Villa Orrigoni, Tenca, Giucciardi (also called Torre Piatta).
On arriving in Piazza Litta on the left we find the entrance of Ville Ponti. In front, instead, there is the entrance to Villa Menafoglio, Litta, Panza.
In turning left one climbs up to the parish church of Biumo Superiore. A little before it, on the left, we come across Villa Mozzoni.
